Please be advised there will be a traffic shift on Bucklin Hill Rd NW between NW Anderson Hill Rd and Silverdale Way NW, between approximately 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Both east and west bound traffic will continue to flow through the area as construction crews install a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining in the stormwater system. The majority of the work will require the eastbound traffic to be shifted into the center turn lane; there will be a few days in which the westbound traffic will be shifted instead. Expect minor traffic delays.

Local Access Only. North Perry Avenue Water District will replace the existing water main along NE Fruitland Dr. Please follow posted detours. The road closure will take place Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 6:00pm as the weather permits. Work may be paused during inclement weather (heavy rain). This section of Perry Ave NE is proposed to be closed from May 2025 to December 2025 from 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Thursday. The road will be reopened to all traffic by 6:00pm each day. This closure will extend from the intersection of Perry Ave NE and Stone Way NE to the intersection of Perry Ave NE and Sheridan Rd NE. We anticipate there will be times when the road may be open during this planned time due to inclement weather conditions that would inhibit the pipeline installation/ removal work to be conducted.
